Dosage
General : One to two tablets thrice a day
Once the patient is stabilised. One tablet three times a day

Do's And Don'ts
Do's
-Regular yogasana such as Tadasana, Parvatsana and light exercise under guidance of expert is extremely beneficial.
-Perform gentle massage with oil to affected part
-Local hot water fomentation is recommended
-Take good nutritious food at regular intervals
-Prefer hot water for drinking and taking bath
Don'ts
-Avoid Spicy, oily, frozen food and sour things such as curd and pickles
-Avoid non-veg food
-Avoid over eating
-Avoid alcohol, smoking and aerated beverages
-Avoid excessive mobilization of the affected joints
-Avoid staircase climbing without proper support
-Avoid exposure to cold wind or rain
-Avoid daytime sleeping/ spending sleepless nights
-Avoid suppression of natural urges
