Dosage
General: In sinusitis: two tablets thrice a day and two drops instilled in each nostril every four hours for seven days. The course may be repeated after a month. In migraine: the first dose should be taken on or before sunrise and repeated whenever attack is impending.
Cephagraine tablets and nasal drops can be used simultaneously.

Do's
-Consumption of cow’s milk and cow’s ghee for people suffering from migraine.
-Early to bed is very useful.
-Consumption of turmeric, garlic, ginger and black pepper is recommended for this patients.

Don'ts
-Avoid fried and spicy food recipes.
-Avoid food items which cause indigestion and constipation.
-Avoid exposure to excessive heat, cold and rain.
